FLAIRS-39 will take place at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa.
This tropical island resort is located directly on the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Mexico in sunny Marco Island, 50 minutes south of the Southwest Florida Regional. Airport in Fort Myers.

Getting to the conference hotel
Fort Myers Airport (RSW)(Southwest Florida International Airport) is the closest airport and is located about 50 miles north of the hotel and the driving time is around 1 hour.
Shuttle to and from Fort Myers Airport (RSW)
We have made arrangements with Classic Luxury Transportation for special rates between Ft. Myers airport (RSW) and the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resorts and Spa.
The shuttle service will group reservations based on arrival/departure times to minimize costs. They will send an email out to each passenger on the time and location to meet 3 days before the conference begins. When booking a reservation, you must identify yourself as an attendee of FLAIRS.
Due to construction at RSW, they will ask that all attendees collect their bags, come back up the escalator and walk out UPSTAIRS (departures). They will tell everyone which door number to meet at outside on the upper level.

You will need to provide your name, number of individuals in your party, arrival date with all airline information (arrival time, airline and flight number) and your contact cell phone number. A credit card with card number, expiration date and security code will be needed as well. Note that there is a $5.00 processing fee associated with each credit card purchase.

up to 3 guests in a SUV, $139, plus 20% gratuity
up to 4 guests, in a SUV, $149, plus 20% gratuity
up to 5 guests, in a SUV, $159, plus 20% gratuity
up to 8 guests, in a Transit Van, $279, plus 20% gratuity
up to 14 guests, in a Transit Van, $319, plus 20% gratuity
