New for FLAIRS-39: There will be two tutorial submission deadlines. If all tutorial program slots are filled with first round submissions, the second tutorial deadline will be cancelled.

August 25, 2025 - Special track proposal submission

September 1, 2025 - Special track acceptance notification

December 8, 2025 - Tutorial proposal submission (1st round)

December 15, 2025 - Tutorial proposal notification (1st round)

2026

January 19, 2026 - Paper abstract submission (Abstract submission is mandatory to submit full paper!)

January 26, 2026 - Paper submission 

March 9, 2026 - Paper acceptance notification

March 16, 2026  - Poster paper submission

March 16, 2026  - Tutorial proposal submission (2nd round)

March 23 , 2026  - Poster notification

March 23 , 2026  -  Tutorial proposal notification (2nd round)

April  3 , 2026 - Author and Early registration 

April  6, 2026 - Camera ready version submission

May  17-20, 2026 - Conference
